Ms. Dillman brings a total of 38 years of professional business experience to Dillman Associates. Established in 2005, the consulting firm specializes in Financial Leasing and Asset Management. As the Owner and sole proprietor, Ms. Dillman utilizes her vast expertise in Leasing Operations and Asset Management with particular attention to development of new vendor relationships and maintaining existing vendor relationships. Ms Dillman performs an assortment of responsibilities, which include managing portfolio operations, development and maintenance of residual risk positions, management of the end of lease process with end users and remarketing of returned assets, contract negotiations with vendors, customers and suppliers, business planning, and direct contact with Sales Teams, accounting, and collections, as well as Senior Management.
Prior to going into business for herself, Ms. Dillman worked for CIT as Vice President of Asset Management and prior to that was with AT&T. She is a member of the Equipment Leasing Association.
Her goals for the future include expanding her client base and encouraging others to venture into the asset management field and building a solid reputation for her firm. Ms. Dillman attributes her success to being patient, knowing her customers, always knowing what she is after and putting in the time necessary to make a business successful.
