Top1000Funds.com, an information and ideas exchange devoted to strategies for the largest pension and other funds, has just been launched by Conexus Financial, an international specialist publishing and events company.
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, November 07, 2008 /Accounting PR News/ -- The launch this week of a new online publication is set to revolutionise the exchange of information and ideas for the world's largest global institutional investors and their advisers.
Top1000Funds.com - which launched on Wednesday (November 5) with invitations sent to pension, sovereign and statutory funds in more than 24 countries - already has registered users with more than $US600 billion in assets.
The site allows users to receive news, analysis, interviews, profiles and research on investment strategies as well as participate in an executive forum between investing peers across borders.
For the first week of use, the entire site (with the exception of the private forum) will be open to all users.
Greg Bright, editor of Top1000Funds.com said the web-based service breaks down geographic boundaries to enable like-minded global investors to exchange information and ideas.
"We have a forum in which everyone can participate, as well as a secure messaging service allowing contact with specific individuals at funds (if they so permit)," he said.
