Elaine K. Dykhouse, CBF, CICP, to be Profiled in Exclusive Registry

Elaine K. Dykhouse has 20 years of experience with Blue Diamond Growers

    SACRAMENTO, CA, June 19, 2009 /Accounting PR News/ -- Elaine K. Dykhouse, Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager for Blue Diamond Growers, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of credit management.

Ms. Dykhouse has 20 years of industry experience, with the last 15 of these years devoted to Blue Diamond Growers, an almond processing and marketing company. She assumed her current position in 2000. Her responsibilities include overseeing international business collections, credit terms, credit approvals and shipment approvals, managing all accounts receivable, and supervising a staff of four. Ms. Dykhouse first joined the company in an entry-level position and worked her way up to credit supervisor, manager and, finally, to credit and accounts receivable manager. She attributes her rise through the ranks to the drive and determination she acquired as an athlete and a strong sense to succeed.

In addition to becoming a Certified Business Fellow (CBF) in 2008, Ms. Dykhouse became a Certified Business Associate (CBA) in 2004, both through the National Association of Credit Management (NACM). Ms. Dykhouse acquired her Certified International Credit Professional designation in 2004 through the Finance, Credit and International Business (FCIB) Association. She also received an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Business Management in 1995 from Sierra College and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education in 1989 from California State University, Long Beach. Her professional affiliations include NACM, FCIB and the Credit Research Foundation (CRF). She attended the 2009 International Credit Executives Conference as well as other conferences held throughout the year. Ms. Dykhouse aspires to become a Certified Credit Executive through the NACM association.

This season, Ms. Dykhouse was invited to attend the Umpire In Chief's conference held in Oklahoma and attended by all the directors and National heads of the American Softball Association (ASA). There she presented ideas on how other fast pitch softball leagues can develop and implement their own youth umpire program.
