Shirley G. Carter celebrates 20 years in collections with Cambridge Who's Who membership
PALM DESERT, CA, June 10, 2009 /Accounting PR News/ -- Shirley G. Carter, who retired from Guthy-Renker Corporation as Collection Coordinator, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of collections.
Ms. Carter retired from the marketing company Guthy-Renker in 2001 after contributing over 7 years of service to the company, and 20 years to the field. As collection coordinator, she was responsible for supervising and training staff, answering queries, making payment arrangements for clients, and setting up computer programs. A graduate of Shaw College, she received her Bachelor's Degree in 1949. She is affiliated with the Budgerigar Association of America and was honored with a certificate of achievement by the Boy Scouts of America and with a certificate of appreciation by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Ms. Carter is proud to have enjoyed a diversified career and attributes her longevity to her hard work and determination.
