Steven C. Lee, CFA, to Head Investment Research & Analytics Division in SmithStreetSolutions
Mr. Steven C. Lee, CFA, has joined SmithStreetSolutions to head the Investment Research & Analytics Division.
SHANGHAI, CHINA, June 19, 2009 /Accounting PR News/ -- SmithStreetSolutions (SmithStreet), a pioneer of Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) in China, announced that Mr. Steven C. Lee, CFA, has joined the firm to head the Investment Research & Analytics Division.
Steven Lee brings over 13 years' experience in investment analysis, structured products, and portfolio management to SmithStreet. Prior to joining SmithStreet, Steven served as Managing Director for an opportunistic, multi-strategy hedge fund in New York focusing primarily on private investments. Previously, he was the Head of Structured Products at Refco Alternative Investments, where he was responsible for the creation, distribution and management of Principal Protected Notes and Total Return Swap structures. Steven has also formerly worked at Asset Alliance Corporation and Bear Stearns investment banking. Steven received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with Distinction, from Yale University and is a CFA Charter holder.
The addition of Steven Lee is a result of SmithStreetSolutions' strategy to bring talent from Wall Street to Shanghai, an emerging global financial center, in order to further strengthen the firms' commitment to transform professional services by building knowledge outsourcing upon deep China expertise.
