Kwame Asante & Associates has been appointed as the correspondent firm of the Russell Bedford International accounting network in Ghana
LONDON, ENGLAND, March 20, 2010 /Accounting PR News/ -- The Russell Bedford accounting group has announced the strengthening of its coverage in West Africa by the appointment of Kwame Asante & Associates as a correspondent in Ghana.
Established in 1991, Kwame Asante & Associates is a three-partner firm of chartered accountants and auditors based in Accra, the capital of Ghana.
The founder and managing partner, Richard Kwame Asante, has some 35 years of broad professional experience covering audit, taxation, corporate governance and integrated financial management systems. He has an MBA and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).
Rita Sraha, the business consulting partner, has 17 years of professional experience in corporate management, organisational planning, analysis of financing needs, and training. She has an MBA.
Arnold Okai is the assurance and business advisory partner. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). He has 22 years' professional experience in accounting, audit, tax planning and investment advisory services.
The firm focuses largely on audit work, including statutory, tax, forensic, performance, procurement and payroll audits. Consulting services represent another important area of work, including business process reviews, organisational restructuring, capital restructuring, business valuation and economic and market studies. The firm also provides accounting, tax consulting and company formation services.
