Stuart G. Lang, CPA, P.C. is a Certified Public Accounting firm serving all parts of the New York Tri-State area. They offer a wide variety of financial services including accounting, auditing, business formation, business projections, business valuations, estate planning, IRS representation, litigation support services, management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, probate administration, tax preparation and tax planning. The firm represents small to medium business, including not for profit organizations.
Lang began his career as an auditor with the Office of the Comptroller, City of New York in 1982. Two years later he moved on and has held various positions with small to medium sized accounting firms, eventually establishing his own firm in 1988.
Stuart earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Queens College and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Conference of CPA Practitioners as well as the New York State Society of CPA's Professional Ethics Committee and Public Schools Accounting Committee. He is also a Fellow of the American Board of Forensic Accounting.
