Ms. Jacoby received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in 1984. She is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and the National Association of Women Business Owners. In her spare time, she volunteers for various nonprofit organizations and serves as a chairwoman on the Board of Directors of Home of the Good Shepherd.
