Patricia C. Letzig has 35 years of professional experience. She manages operations alongside her husband, and is responsible for bookkeeping, reviewing policy personal lines, designing websites, performing administrative work, accounting, and resolving issues. Ms. Letzig is a certified insurance representative and holds licenses in property and casualty, bonds, life and health, long-term care and crop hail insurance. She earned a master's degree in office education in 1980 and a bachelor of science in education in 1971, both from the University of Central Missouri. Her affiliations include the P.E.O, Phi Kappa Phi, and Beta Sigma Phi. She also volunteers regularly with her local church and hospital.
