Felecia has been a partner of Alfermann Gray & Co., CPAs in Rolla, Missouri since 2000. Felecia is an Enrolled Agent and a degreed Accountant from Indiana University. She has been assisting in the editing and writing of the Illinois Farm Tax Manual for the University of Illinois since 1998. Felecia has also been involved in the editing and writing of the Enrolled Agents Exam Questions for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, DC and is a past member of the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Committee to the Commissioner of the IRS in Washington, DC. Felecia also teaches for the Missouri Local IRS Stakeholder Liaison at the Missouri Tax Symposium and also teaches at the Local Tax Workshops for small businesses.
Felecia is a Microsoft Professional Accountants Network member, a Certified Microsoft Office Accounting Consultant, a Certified QuickBooks Consultant, Certified BiIIQuick Consultant, and an Online Trainer for MOA, BiIIQuick, and QuickBooks along with other various software programs. Felecia does online accounting and technical support on software programs like Microsoft Office Accounting, Thomson Tax and Accounting - Creative Solutions, QuickBooks, BillQuick, and various other software programs. Felecia has been delivering speeches nationally on a variety of programs including the topic of MOA, Thomson Tax and Accounting - Creative Solution (Ultra Tax, Client Bookkeeping Solutions, Practice Management, etc) and other software.
