A former district attorney, Joseph V. DiBlasi has 35 years of professional experience in law, including 29 years of experience as an attorney for his own firm. He is a virtuoso litigator, who has tried cases all over the country, defending those charged with white-collar security fraud, and accounting and tax fraud.
A Martindale-Hubbell rated attorney, Mr. DiBlasi received a JD from St. Johns University in 1975 and a Bachelor of Science in political science from Fairfield University. He is a member of the Queens County Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. He is also affiliated with the Federal Bar Council, The American Trial Lawyers Bar Association, Columbian Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and The American Catholic Lawyers Association. He was inspired by his father and uncle to pursue law, and hopes to experience professional growth in the future.
