Salwa H. Soliman manages $259 million in revenue as the financial manager of a state commission

With nine years of professional experience, Ms. Soliman is skilled in the development of cost-effective budgets. In her position, she manages $259 million in revenue, as well as commission accounting, operational services and budgeting. Ms. Soliman also collects revenue from grants, contracts, fines and an array of other sources. In 1977, Ms. Soliman graduated from the University of Commerce, where she received a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting. She was honored in 2005 by the Department of Environmental Protection with Exceptional Work Performance. In 2009 and 2010, she received 2 more awards from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Outstanding Leadership and Superior Job Award. In her free time, she volunteers within her community and at her local church.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission manages fish and wildlife resources for long-term well-being and sustainability.
