Michelle C. Brewer celebrates eight years with The Iowa Clinic, P.C. as a reporting analyst
DES MOINES, IA, December 27, 2010 /Accounting PR News/ -- Michelle C. Brewer, Reporting Analyst for The Iowa Clinic, P.C., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in financial services.
With 15 years of practiced expertise in health insurance, Michelle C. Brewer has achieved professional success through her specialty in financial management. This year marks her eighth with The Iowa Clinic, P.C., where she functions as a reporting analyst, a position that requires she manage the reimbursement department. Ms. Brewer works closely with clinic managers and oversees company reporting as well as payment and readjustment verification for 15 insurance companies. Prior to attaining her current position, she worked for a third-party administrator insurance company and a health insurance company as a claims examiner and adjuster. She also worked as an assistant controller in the hotel management industry.
A graduate of Austin Peay State University, Ms. Brewer holds a bachelor of science in public management and an associate of science in business administration, earned in 1993 and 1991 respectively. She is an active supporter of the Iowa Clinic Healthcare Foundation and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Away from work, Ms. Brewer enjoys writing poetry. She is a member of the Poetry Society and was honored with the Editor's Choice Award by poetry.com.
