John W. Wesevich Honored for Two Decades of Professional Excellence

John W. Wesevich lends accounting expertise to a leading energy company

    HOUSTON, TX, June 23, 2010 /Accounting PR News/ -- John W. Wesevich, Accounting Director at a leading integrated energy company, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in financial management.

Honored with the Individual Lifetime Award, John W. Wesevich has demonstrated over two decades of professional dedication to the field of accounting and financial management. Mr. Wesevich now thrives in his 22nd year with his current company, one of the largest integrated energy companies in the United States. He is responsible for managing general accounts, generating financial reports, and handling budgets and long-range plans for one of its international business units. Uniquely positioned to oversee accounting operations, Mr. Wesevich brings to his post a bachelor of science in industrial management from Texas A&M University at Commerce and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. He is also a certified public accountant, a certified management accountant, and a certified internal auditor. For his excellent work as Accounting Director, he has been recognized with such honors as Cambridge Who's Who V.I.P. membership status. In five years, Mr. Wesevich hopes to continue to experience professional growth and to continue serving his community.

Distinguished by his positive attitude, focused nature and commitment to making a positive difference in others' lives, Mr. Wesevich serves as a leader in both his professional and social communities. He has been an active member of his church for over 25 years, serving as a Sunday school / children's church teacher, a missions leader, and a volunteer auditor for charity organizations. A member of The Institute of Internal Auditors and the Institute of Management Accountants, he also lends his philanthropic efforts to World Changers doing construction activities, and the United Way. He has run over 20 marathons.
