Prior to joining Durr Systems, Inc., Mr. Engelke worked for BASF Coatings and Thyssen Krupp. Mr. Engelke has published several articles on polymer science and also received patents for his work. He became involved in his profession after gaining experience working for leading chemical companies, and he attributes his success to his persistence and perseverance.
Mr. Engelke received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Technical University of Braunschweig in 1989. He is a member of the German American Chamber of Commerce, and VAA, Germany.
