Donald E. Post Has Held Leadership Positions in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Operations Management
GRANDVILLE, MI, July 16, 2010 /Accounting PR News/ --Donald E. Post, President and Chief Operating Officer of Electro Chemical Finishing, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating leadership and excellence in operations management and company turnarounds.
With 30 years of professional experience, Donald E. Post has held numerous senior-level management positions in a variety of capacities, including sales, marketing, engineering, quality assurance and operations management. In 2008, he assumed his current position at Electro Chemical Finishing, a manufacturer of decorative finishes for the automotive, consumer, industrial, medical and plumbing industries. Best noted for his leadership development skills, Mr. Post is in charge of managing human resources, marketing, accounting, finance, engineering and operations.
Prior to joining Electro Chemical Finishing, Mr. Post held such leadership positions as Senior Vice President of Operations; Vice President of Operations; Vice President and General Manager; Vice President, Sales and Marketing; Vice President, Engineering and VP Quality Assurance. In the course of his two-decade career, he has acquired the respect of his peers through his ability to turn companies around and mentor employees. He attributes his success to his personality, strategic planning skills, and keen sense of personal accountability for his work.
Mr. Post received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with dual concentrations in both Management and Accounting, from Glenville State College.
