In 1986, Ms. Graham graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She worked as the manager of finance and administration for the Ministry of Forests, Protection and Fire Suppression Program until 1994, when she left the government agency to establish her own company. A certified partner with ESILAW Law Software, she maintains affiliation with the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada.
