With 36 years of professional experience, Mrs. Letzig successfully serves as office administrator for Letzig Group Inc., an insurance agency, which she runs with her husband, who serves as president of the company. The Letzig Group Inc. is committed to providing customers with the best insurance value and service, and always strives to maintain the highest ethical standards and credibility with clients, carriers, and the public. As office administrator, Mrs. Letzig handles bookkeeping and accounting, reviews personal policy lines, and resolves any issues that arise. Inspired by her husband, Mrs. Letzig established the company with him in 1973; she attributes her success to her persistence, hard work and desire to learn.
Mrs. Letzig holds a master's degree in office education from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in education, also from the University of Central Missouri. She is a Certified Insurance Service Representative and holds licenses in property and casualty, bonds, life and health, long-term care, and crop hail insurance. In addition, Mrs. Letzig is a member of P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization), Phi Kappa Phi, and Beta Sigma Phi. Looking ahead, she hopes to develop the agency and pass the business on to her daughter.
